• Duration: Featured Artist for 2 Consecutive Years (2024 & 2025)

• The Brief: Displaying original costume builds and digital character concepts. 

Exhibition 2024/2025

Being selected as a featured artist for two years allowed me to refine my ability to present complex creative concepts to a public and professional audience.

• Curated Selection: Invited to exhibit based on the high technical standard of my textile work and character illustrations.

• Visual Storytelling: Developed cohesive "character worlds," linking digital concept art with physical costume builds to create an immersive experience.

• Public Engagement: Successfully presented and explained my design choices to visiting industry guests and the general public.

• Technical Versatility: Demonstrated a range of skills, including garment manipulation, graphic design for costume, and structural textile work

Following the success of her work in consecutive college showcases, Saskeya is set to be featured in a curated professional exhibition at Oldham Gallery beginning in November 2026. Her final costume piece was hand-selected by the gallery for its technical excellence and original design. This upcoming exhibition represents a significant milestone in Saskeya's career, as it transitions her work from academic showcases to a professional public gallery. In addition to the public display, some prints will be available for commercial acquisition, marking her debut as a professional exhibiting artist in the Greater Manchester arts community.
